In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we'd like to introduce a security protocol in Nuanza Hotel & Convention, providing you and our employees with conditions for both comfortable and safe stay and work. Our code of good practices is based on three principles - Safe guest, Safe stay, Safe employee.

We are always prepared for your visit:

We have increased new health and safety protocols checked before entering the building.

We use highly effective products and protocols to sanitize our hotel for our guests and staff.

We have increased the daily number of scheduled disinfecting and sanitization times for all spaces.

We pay EXTRA attention with high sanitary levels by increasing of the frequency on cleaning and sanitizing of all common public areas in the hotel as well as high touch point areas such as guest rooms elevators, door handles, railings, restaurants, and kitchens using international standard disinfectants.

We elevated strong emphasis on frequent and effective hand washing protocols for staff, before during and throughout their shifts.

We will continue monitoring the situation and follow any new guidelines as they become available.

Dine with ease, our restaurants are adhering with strict guidelines adapting to the new normal such as; sanitizing of restaurant areas after each meal period, including tables and chairs, proper implementation and strict supervision on all staff hygiene and sanitation policies, checking of body temperature and all required measures prior to entering the work area, providing required amenities for guests including but not limited to hand sanitizer, face masks, Implementation of safe distancing on outlets queue lines with visible markings and signs and safe food practices as recommended, including provision of well-cooked meats.
